Hello I am Alexander Miller, writing another blog post, hope you’ve like my previous post as well. Today I am sharing my views that how I reduce my stress after working for such a long. As you know that busy working schedules and meeting will put you under stress and if you do not find ways to reduce it, you will definitely going to affect your mental health.

Whenever I find myself in stress, I follow some steps which help in getting my body and mind to be relaxed. Do you ever heard about Yoga? It’s an amazing way for one to relax and ease stress (scientifically proved) but you can only perform this at a specific place such as in home. I make the habit of doing yoga every day after returning to home and I feel totally relax after performing it.

But whenever I am outside, I feel great to use electronic cigarettes (helps in reducing stress) as I can’t perform yoga in crowded places such as malls or during the tea breaks. At that time, I prefer to use my e cigarette piece as I find it as the most reliable partner which can help me in reducing stress. This entire act of vaping can put my body at ease and allow the stress to just melt away.
